1. Scope
Badacz odbiorców is a private, non-commercial local tool used by its owner only. This site is public documentation for the API client, not an application portal. It creates no public user account, customer access, paid service or licence for third parties.
2. Permitted purpose
The intended purpose is private research and analytical reporting about themes disclosed in public YouTube discussions, where API access and each processing step are permitted. Outputs must distinguish source material, interpretation and hypothesis. A comment is not treated as a person, and a sample of comments is not treated as the market.
3. Restrictions
The owner will not use this client to scrape YouTube; bypass platform restrictions; send messages to commenters; publish or edit YouTube content; create author profiles; infer protected or sensitive traits; sell raw API data; or represent synthetic material as a live YouTube result.
No use of commentThreads.list or comments.list is represented as active. The code and workflow remain blocked while the terms status is unresolved. These pages never grant permission to use YouTube API data.
4. YouTube terms and independent outputs
Any use of YouTube API Services remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, Developer Policies and any accepted additional terms. If independently generated categories or metrics become permitted and implemented, they will be clearly identified as independently generated rather than supplied by YouTube.
